Putting up one of my 262xp for sale . Found another saw I'm looking to get. This is a very strong running saw has the ks. Cylinder and hda.87 carb. Meteor piston ,base gasket deleted, muffler mod . Got the saw from a member on here . No issues at all strong compression of 205lbs. $400 pho. Plus saw has been sold

Nice saw. If I didn’t own 8 at the moment, I’d consider buying it.

Saw should run great. Anyone worrying that the piston is a meteor and not oem don’t, the meteor piston is actually 1 gram lighter than the oem 262 slug.

I have to Make Good a debt to a good Friend, who entrusted Me with his Fathers chainsaws ( who was a Lifelong logger in Michigan ) When he was Deployed to the ( Sandbox ) in 2003 His father's saw's where stolen from My garage while switching cars around
( google Stockton Ca. And you'll understand) I'm even replicate the saw shop stickers, from the one saw that wasn't taken... one down, Two to go...

@beaglebriar a Husqvarna 288xp, ( G ) Would Be a plus, but Not realistic, and Help putting a Frankensaw together, to be a Big Brother to the one that Wasn't stolen. The Frankensaws were His weekend fun saws that he used to win
( The Poor Man's Hot saw competitions)
And Most of his memories and pictures of His Dad, is of him holding the saws and trophies..... that's why I'm printing the shop stickers to make them look, As close as possible to the original saws...
