I don't have a carbide yet. My boring bar has a 1/8" hss cutter going through the bar on a 45°. It works well but sometimes the plating is really thick where the wall meets the roof and I have to go over that area a few times. Carbide is on the list though

You gunna put fingers or bridges in any of the hybrids? Neither worked for me but back then they were poorly executed.
I know a certain 064 that has them which just happens to be pretty stout. Not sure if the bridges have a thing to do with it or notNo. I've given up on em. I "think" that the bridges "might" help a little with lifting the charge into the chamber.......but if there is any gain there is very minimum.
