I bought this stuff a while back. I don’t know who makes the V-Stack. I talked to @mortalitool about making some and he has the measurements. Just hasn’t gotten around to it yet.

I got word today on possibly getting one new. Will need to see it before buying it. Study these long enough to see the flaws and some good fixes for running large filters on them.
