034 super -red switch vs black switch

picked up a nice "red switch' 034 super today to go with my black switch model.
somebody mentioned the port timing is different on the red switch,and they are supposed to be "better'
I havent A/B them yet,but is there any truth to this or is it mistaken myth?

I had a red switch 034 super way back when. Real strong saw for a stock saw. OPE member rburg has it now. I got the numbers out of it "I think". I'll look when I get a chance.
