i reckon someone has had a go at grinding the key thinner for sure, the left side looks deeper from the burr. then didnt do the flywheel up tight enough and a few starts later the key sheared.

Lucky the screws actually don’t screw in for 15 mm so I didn’t have to worry too much about the holes. The screw was a bit of fun to get out tho with the factory loctite.
Debaffled the new muffler too and opened up the outlet [emoji1360]
a new oil cap works ok. just not as smooth as it was. the screw for the muffler pulled out and have Devcon it up and have to redrill the hole and tap it.
the cylinder needs a little TLC on the muffler flange. one bolt is snapped off in there. and the other i managed to undo once i took the...
