Hey Shawn! I copied your snappy holtz hausen, not nearly as nice but I had 2 German Yale PhD students cycling by that stopped to take pictures. They said it reminded them of their childhoods! Guess that qualifies it as passable.

First real cant using a Panther 2 csm! My son and I really enjoyed it. Nothing special planned as we're just getting used to it. Red oak, MS460 along with a nice summer's day. Questions will surely follow soon from us to the seasoned vets. For now I'm just getting more time with my son & saws!:)

Your a wealth of knowledge FF. My son bought all the oils and filters so he can service the machine himself. Makes me happy he likes to get his hands dirty and keep our tools maintained. My sincere thanks!

final question - fuel filter 120-435 kohler 25 050 22-5 will it work/fit as it seems smaller

Anyone have a manual for this Kombi system? My son bought one to tinker on and he said one would help, couldn't find much online. I like him digging into things and learning even if I have to source a few odds and ends. Any pointers/tips are welcome. Thanks.

I got the information: GC STC - A9100105 (Skag Tiger cub - 48" deck) Kawasaki FH 601 V - 19hp Frogfarmer can you recco what kind of oil you run in your Skags? *The oem belt does work really well I should note.

Somehow I managed to cut dozens of cords for decades with an 028 & 024 (which dear old dad "misplaced" shortly before he passed 6 years ago) Looking up a small repair led me to AS over and over and you guys made me see the light! Now we're all here, advances galore, gtg's & mini gtg's, bunch...

Thanks FF! I will check for damage and shop a spare Pix belt. As for the fuel filter it has 'Kohler 25' written on package, so no effort on shop's part guy.

Thanks for the reply AVB - I managed to find the model# and give it over the phone to a shop while my son was there. Find that forty dollars for a belt a bit high. I even gave the tech 'Kawasaki 19hp fuel filter' needed...sent wrong size. I keep the Skag at my mom's house. If you're a dealer...
