I have 4 394/5's of various builds that I can't really justify having since I hardly get to use 1. I've decided to let a few go but I can't decide which ones, so the saws that get offers that interest me first will go.

Feel free to ask questions on the thread or shoot offers via PM.

First up, a freshly rebuilt, stroked and ported 395XP. I did everything I could think of to this saw. $1600 + shipping.
I stuffed in a 2100 crank for 2mm larger stroke with 394 flywheel for the larger taper and actual key.
It has a lightweight 395 piston, I think I even taper ground the wrist pin to shave a little weight.
WJ115 carburetor has the venturi slightly enlarged and the shafts thinned.
SCARR signature giant muffler mod on hyway muffler.
Case and chain brake cover have been powder coated.
New OEM coil.
New OEM flippy caps!
All new plastics besides the tank.
Available with brand new full wrap or used 1/2 wrap.

Sold, a freshly rebuilt, stroked and ported 394XPG. That's right... working heated handles! -SOLD
Once again I stuffed in a 2100 crank for 2mm larger stroke using the original generator model 394 flywheel.
Slightly lightened meteor 395 piston.
WJ39 carburetor has the venturi slightly enlarged and the shafts thinned.
SCARR signature giant muffler mod on hyway muffler.
Case has been powder coated.
New OEM flippy caps!
Has a brand new heated 395 1/2 wrap so you could add the carb heat if you wanted to.
Auto return kill switch, to avoid being laughed at for trying to start it with the kill switch on.

Third up, 395XP that has been my benchmark for some time. I built it in January of 2014. Still setup in race trim, but wont be sold that way. -$800 + shipping.
Meteor piston I think.
Tillotson HS300a carb with venturi slightly enlarged and shafts thinned.
Dual port muffler using 288 deflector, stock port gutted of the tube.
AM recoil housing.
OEM flippy caps.
Comes with stock full wrap or 1/2 wrap, not the pro safety that is on it.
Choice of Pro Safety, OEM small or large spikes.

what are the asking prices?

It’s a fair amount of work to make the stroker cranks work so they are priced accordingly. Here is what I was thinking, open to offers.

395XPS $1600
394XPGS SOLD
395XPSBB $1200
395XP $800
