He walked into the Verizon store with it, plopped it down on the counter, and said he wanted to trade it in on a newer model.

I was worth a try I guess.. LOL. I like the sense of humor though!!
It only works with insurance IME lost one and was less than 1/2 price to replace with T-mobile. Verizon was ay out of line on price to replace my broke tablet. New tablet from t-m free except for sales tax & around 1/3 $ monthly fee of the Verizon
