What I find pretty odd is the number of forums that have been bought recently and changed to the same forum software. These are just the few that I know of.
One even had a REALLY small number of posts per day. Sometimes a week would go by with no posts. I know of 4 or 5 forums that have changed...
Would the timing being off cause a saw to run rich and lack power?
After messing with this one for a while I finally got it to start at just 1/4 turn out on the high and low and that was after I adjusted the metering arm to slightly below even with the floor of the carb.
They FINALLY shipped the parts I ordered for my Shindaiwa 300s so hopefully I can get it running soon. It sure is a lightweight little rear handle saw.
Yeah, I'm kinda pissed. I didn't plan on needing a hard to find piston. This is a new one on me. Cyl looks good, but I can dang near get a 575 piston and cylinder for the price of a 570 piston
So what do y'all consider a small saw? 50cc is decent sized around these parts. Not too many 70s running around. So a 30cc is small to me. 40-45 is about average.
