Not doing well with points/condenser equipped Echos. Running a two out of three fail to fire rate.[emoji90]

Nippon Denso is second to Lord Lucas, Prince of Darkness or Herr Bosch.[emoji2960]

Almost never failed to get spark back on Wico or Phelon magnetos.

I've had coon. Reminded me of eating soft chicken gizzards. Greasy would be an understatement.
We parboiled ours into basically pulled pork you have to drain the grease outta it though other wise it will be greasy I bet you cant tell the difference between this and pulled pork if dont right.

My mother in law's boy friend cooked it in a crockpot.

I'll save it for a "surviving" off the land scenario next time.

Yes that's how I cooked it as well. I seasoned it with strawberries seasoning from holcomb mo then boiled, picked off the bone and drained grease b4 adding bbq sauce to make pulled pork for a sandwich. I thought it was pretty good.

When we were trapping, we had a guy in town that took all the muskrat and beaver that we would get. The beaver meat looked pretty good. The muskrat not so much.

The nephew got a beaver out of the irrigation pond..
He ate it..
Said it wasn’t bad.. which translated means...

“You could survive on the *s-word”

I guess

If you had to..

I've trapped several beaver and a few otters. The beaver wasnt bad at all. But out of all the wild meat I've ever had the otter was the best hands down. It has the prettiest finest smoothest red grain meat you've ever seen. And melt in your mouth.

Another ‘no spark’ and no prospects of fixing that.[emoji90]

Maybe leave it on the picnic table ‘till next Iowa GTG to enhance its patina. [emoji848]
