Why do I have a desk job?

Or better question: Why did I line my desk up so I could watch the farmer next door cut hay out my office window?

I need to start buying lottery tickets, or find a rich uncle somewhere. I'd be much better off as a gentleman farmer.

I'm not sure about that.

Hard work, low.....or no profit.

Expensive equipment......lots of repair and maintenance.

This helps though.

Yup. "Gentleman farmer" is where it's at. Then you're in it for the love, not the money.

If someone had installed the ceiling fan correctly in the first place, I wouldn't have had to make multiple trips into the attic of a rental. And yes it was hotter than the Sahara on a sunny afternoon. Having been to both places, I prefer the desert.

WTF is a 12Volt Lithium Ion battery cordless tool?

There is no such thing, Lithium Ion/Polimer comes in multiples of 3.6/3.7Volt!

I see even brand names riding that false advertising of cordless 12Volt Li-Ion tools!

I was curious and purchased a "12Volt Lithium Power" dremel tool.
The moment I upped the rpm or put it under load it would indicate an empty battery and shut off.
Needless to say that I used my right to return the product and ask for my money back!

This is not quite random, but whenever I see an ad claiming "12Volt Lithium" I think "the manufacturer should get sued".

I know where the fake 12Volt claim originates from, it is the over voltage a Lithium battery pack has when fully charged - 4.2Volt.
But that doesn't make it right to call a 3 cell Lithium battery pack " 12Volt" when it's in fact 10.8Volt!
