The 10 Series bars can be made to fit the large frame saws with a good flat file and about 15 minutes of serious filing to enlarge the slots to fit the 3/8" studs.

I seem to recall that on some you have to lengthen the slots for the adjuster/oiler too but it doesn't take long.

I don't know of any "modern" bar patterns that match up but there are many, many bars out there that fit the old McCulloch and Homelite saws.

The problem with a majority of ten series bars is the tail is too narrow to pick up the oiling hole .I once adapted a 32" Stihl mount to use on a 250 Mac which believe it or not that saw did pretty good with it .That bar was just wide enough to hit the oil with a little help from a Dremel .Some where on one of my hard drives I have a picture of a ten series and a Stihl mount over a regular large mount McCulloch bar just to show the differences .If I can't find it I'll take another picture .

Here ya go,bars .The first picture is large mount Mac with a GB bar,Stihl mount on top then a 10 series on top of that .You can seen the difference in the heel widths plus the skinny slot on the 10 series .

Second picture shows elongating the oil hole so it would work on a large mount Mac ,using spacers of course . I think some but not all 10 series patterned bars would work .I might have a wider heeled version in my shed but I didn't have any hanging in my garage and it's dark as a boot out and cold as dead witch's tit .

This might help. Hard to explain without a pic but the leg with the 90 deg turn is on the inside towards the saw case and the bend is facing outwards. The leg without the bend is on the outside facing upwards.
