Stihl MS660 Copper Cooling Plate

Just curious if anyone has any experience using this Stihl MS660 Copper Cooling Plate. I bought one and plan to try it as soon as I get some time. It seems good in theory.
I never really noticed my 660 running that hot at all.

Cut the *s-word off the side and use as a copper gasket.

That was my intentions. To do a before and after testing for heat.

Might as well keep it now. Best muffler gasket you could have

I was gonna say, a muff mod would likely do more than that contraption, but it may act like an extra cooling fin.
