I think the 028 is a little bit of an unknown in the saw world. Because of this I feel they are underrated. Actually they are a fine saw.

Actually, 028's are very common around here.

026 is same displacement but smaller and lighter. I much prefer them.

But the 028 is as tuff as a Stone Age man.[emoji6]

When I was a little kid (OK most of seventy years ago[emoji849]) Redbud, Illinois (my father's home town) the four main roads crossing thru were lined both sides with redbud trees.

Purdy in the spring they were.
