3rd in javelin
4th in discus.
He advances to the nationals in Ypsilanti, MI end of July.

Three more trees to drop today in the front yard. Sure wish someone hadn't put that small rock down in the hollow of the crotch of the redbud that I dropped yesterday. Had to be using a 36" bar at the time too. [emoji15]

Actually, 028's are very common around here.

026 is same displacement but smaller and lighter. I much prefer them.

But the 028 is as tuff as a Stone Age man.[emoji6]

When I was a little kid (OK most of seventy years ago[emoji849]) Redbud, Illinois (my father's home town) the four main roads crossing thru were lined both sides with redbud trees.

Purdy in the spring they were.

We were in the mid 60s here all day with a nice breeze out of the wnw and the predicted low for this evening is in the upper 40s. Hard to believe July is almost here and we are having this wonderful weather
