No worries, whenever ya get to them.
Went wild on opening the muffler, stock was the one 1/2" tube for the small chamber (cylinder side) and one 3/8 hole for the front chamber. I knocked a hole in the divider plate too.
Capped it with one of my medium deflectors.

Looks good Joe. Looks like the deflector was made for that saw.
They work pretty well. These saws don't seem to get loud.. not a lot more I can remove. Gotta be something to do with the small port area...
This saw has the hda 63/cs800 carb on it.
Honestly surprised it even runs. Carb was full of al corrosion, rusted needles. Just scrubbed good with a brass brush, put the kit in, and hope for the best.
Even idled for a good 15 20 min without issue. Went back to cutting didn't even fiddle with the tune..

Well, I guess the comp is higher than I thought. checked it after a lunch break cool down.
Feels a good bit stronger without an air filter, might try an adapt a green weenie..
Saw really seems to wake up round 14,400-14,600. don't think the larger carb is helping at all, feels a little lacking in the mid range. still feels pretty strong. ill try putting a stock carb back on sometime.
That may be above my pay grade.. probably have to retard the timing to avoid meltdown on the pipe. Maybe run diesel and a glow plug? Lol
I was gonna cut fire wood with it lol.
