I went back under the hood on this thing to raise the transfers and exhaust a bit. I might have a pipe on it tomorrow if I can get the flange welded.
Here it is running a 10 pin in some knotted up fir. And running pretty rich at about two full turns out.

Sounds good. Is it harder to tune with that pipe? I really could not hear any burbles at the top end.
The pipes make it sound like a dirt bike motor.
The tuning is the same. I tuned it like you might if you were using a light use work saw. Not extra lean for chain speed or anything like that. I didn't hold it at full throttle until in the wood so it's not easy to hear.
