We had a Farmall and Harvester plant here until Tenneco in 1984. At that point Farmall was gone and Harvester remained. In the plants they used Cub's as transportation. My former Father in Law still has one that was used in the Farmall plant he worked in. IH had a superior combine at the time and the "88" series tractors were sweet as pie but sadly they came too late. Go jump in a 5488 FWA and let her sing.............what a sweet tractor

Like the second one. That first one is an abomination.
Like these?

The first one is owned by Jim Rose of Rosewood diesel in Ohio. It's got a 7.3 Powerstroke under the bonnet. He built it as a rolling advertisement for his shop.

He builds good 7.3 Powerstroke Injectors. If you ever need some he is one of the best in the business. I've bought parts from him in the past.

One of my sons had a 1997 F350 4 door long bed with a 7.3 when he was in high school. It had power but was a money pit

My first pickup was a 97 F350 7.3. Still have it as well.

It was only a money pit for me due to me thinking I needed to add a lot more HP. Other than that, it's not been to bad.
