sometimes it seems when you post one of these hear threads people get butt hurt and it goes to sh!t. Maybe you just need to lock these damn things from the start so you can have a thread for people to be informed of your findings without having to read all the bullsh!t

I knew what was gonna happen immediately. Never fails.

Cracked muffler and broken case, and bad mains... From a 200 hour 572xp...
Nozzles in carbs and faulty ignitions .
Some guy's have issues with the posts breaking loose on starter assemblies.

I have 2 572s no complaints from me yet... lol

I have been running a 462 ... today the oil cap wouldn't stay closed. I hate them compared to the husky flippy caps.

So Husky went with better mains yet they are failing. Am I understanding this right? Maybe a bad batch of bearings? Either way it happens to all makes and models so let’s keep the banter to issues you have seen with the 572 please.

I have always been a long time Husky man... But I do have some Stihl s now .
My partner jumped the fence and bought a 500I. I stumped a nice Doug fir with it, it put a smile on my face.
They will be a game changer when ported. Kinda pricey though...

Considering how far we have come with modern tech and how we can make such precision shapes and surfaces with super hard metals with precise properties, it is a wonder how there aren't more defects and bad batches.

Does anyone remember when sharp plastic was a thing?

Ahh the good ol days.
My complaint now is tight screws. I have to admit though, Husqvarna has some tough screws. I stripped 2 different t27 wrenches on a T525, and it didn't leave a mark on the screw. Then I tries a Stihl flat blade wrench twice, and both ended up with some slight damage, but the screw did not budge. I gave up on that saw.
