Dibbs on the long extension bar.
That is 1/2 drive 3 foot long ,i use that for removing bellhousing bolts on transmisions
This is my teardown cart at work ,it has 2 shelves below that one ,keep air guns ,hammers ,cresents etc down low ,i can tear a whole car apart with what this little cart has in it ,

Think I'm going to dig this new compressor. Real light and real quiet! 44 lbs and 60 dB. 4.6 gallon aluminum tanks should be enough for what I'll be using it for, 2 quick release fittings, 2.35 cfm at 90 psi.

Figured I'd get the ball rolling on some projects. Need to replace my Dad's deck, excuse to buy some toys, er, tools. Also have some woodworking projects I'd like to do, so going to grab a nailgun or two. *f-word it. It's only Visa's money!

I'm looking at Bostitch and Hitachi. Leaning toward a 15 ga angled finish nailer. I've looked at the 16's too, bit really like the way those angled guns can get into right spots.

Nice, good to hear that you went with a 15 Can't! Going to check both out and make a decision soon. About the same price.

The two brands use different nails ,the bostich have bigger and different angle nails than hitachi, check your store you get nails from make sure they carry ones for one you buy,i bought a bostich and had a hard time with getting nails,so got hitachi ,they share same nails of most nailers.watch ebay for nailers,i got a few real cheap new ,or low usage ,a lot of homeowners buy a tool for 1 project and ebay it after

Thanks for the head's up @junkman! I didn't know that about the difference in nails. I figured as long as it was an angled 15 ga it would work. Shows what I know...

OK, whatever I get I'll be sure to choose appropriate nails.

On another note, is a water separator/filter something I should worry about? Or is that more for the hardcore 10-hr a day types? I know if I was going to be painting that would be one thing, but I am only using nail guns and the like at this point.
