Here's what happened. Hole in prop was ever so slightly too small to fit on prop shaft and I was hogging out the hole with a 1/2" drill bit with my cordless drill in low range. Bit got stuck in the plastic so I tossed drill in reverse. Prop spins counter clockwise and the plastic is sharp and I didn't think to toss a pair of gloves on. Bit got stuck going backwards too and I didn't have such a good grip on the prop. Didn't hurt at all and it's feeling ok now.

First pic is pre shower and second is post shower. Washed with soap/water and hydrogen peroxide.

Gonna put some bacitracin on it and cover it with gauze before bed just so I don't bleed all over the bed lol

Never have I spent so much time cleaning parts... but I finally have something completed from the pile of saws/parts that I bought a couple weeks ago. This one is a closed port 365 and I have 2 more open port 365s partially assembled and waiting on smalls.

Stock 2152 in need of some help. Definitely needs the fw side case. Crank and piston. Cylinder may be salvageable but I’m not crossing my fingers.

got all the parts except the case give me a shout if you have a lead on one.

Just swapped this extremely tidy 390xp for a rebuilt (and much less tidy) 395xp. It doesn't look like it's done much work but it only pulls 155psi of compression. Felt compression feels good and it starts and runs well but isn't that a bit low for one of these? Maybe someone's inserted some velocity ports with their 4 inch grinder?
