It would be cool if McCulloch got back into the chain saw business and came out with a competitive line that rivals Stihl and Husqvarna. I think that would shake things up for the good. Apologies for getting off topic. 266xp for the win!

Agreed. Heck, the Mac 610 Timberbear that was built in 1977 still holds up against today's Stihl MS391. The other day I pulled a 28" bar with her cousin:

She never seemed to hesitate. I was impressed. This was the 5700, a close relative to the 610 and the same displacement.

Gonna have to check that out. I happen to be searching for some information on the 371 vs the 372 xp one day. He had a video titled Taking the 372 out for a run, while searching I ran across the 357 video. But like you said he's high on life and apparently has quite a few subscribers. He has a couple 372's ripping. I like the lower profile of his vs the tall one. I wonder is it just a simple air cleaner and cover swap or is there more to it?

Just a low top and filter, likes used on a 365. I also like it much better!

my NOS 372xpg came with the low filter setup. i prefer the look as well.

I'm really pleased with the way my Dr Al ported 360 and my MMWS 362-C are currently running.

Dr Al does build a mean 360.

I changed the air filter on my MMWS 362-C (instead of just cleaning it) and I can't believe how much better that saw runs (and it wasn't bad before). Really woke it up.

If you add the 357xp, 359 and 2159 together, husqvarna would have the 3 of the top 4 saws in this. 562xp, 262xp and the 357xp.

Hoosky 365 special ... when your comparing 60cc saws it just comes down to what 365 is faster than the other. There is no competition. Lol

Pretty clear husky owns the 60cc class, 3 of the top 4 saws and the 359/2159 aren't far behind!
