Comes with 20" bar, 2 square filed race chains, 8t rim, and tuned pipe. 32" Sugi bar not included. $1100 I might consider trades.

I'm sure this would easily run a 10 pin rim cant racing even without the pipe. The video shows it running an aggressive 20" full skip round filed firewood chain with 8t rim in Ash hard wood. Then running a new out of the box Stihl square skip 32" in Oak, but I'm beginning to realize stock Stihl square chain sucks like it's dull or something, but it sank through the log at a good speed leaning on it hard.

Quirks: the choke tab needs to be removed after starting and stowed in your pocket or vibration will close the choke at high rpm. It is pretty easy to remove and install. Also it may start out with a fast idle when cold, but slows down a lot as it gets used. I haven't tried to make it really 4 stroke, but I think based on the porting if you try to tune it with reference to a 4 stroke sound, you will be way off.

Not really a race saw. A little high strung worksaw numbers. Runs well with the pipe or muffler. 046 piston if I recall correctly. If the new owner wants, send me the carburetor and I will solder shut and re-drill the choke linkage hole so it doesn’t slip out

I wouldn't hesitate to race with it, it's very fast.

And, it's good for the choke linkage to slip out to remove it. I think the other solution would be to add a rear attachment point for the carb like most others have, because it wobbles enough... well hold a long pencil between your first 2 fingers like a cigarette, and move your fingers so the pencil whips side to side and eventually flies out. The choke tab doesn't fall out, but it backs out in that manner pulling the choke shut. Very minimal inconvenience to pull the tab out and stow in your pocket, I think.

I have one as well…acts the same way…it’s my favorite saw, a monster.
