I was checking into a Simpson Pressure washer with a Honda GC 190 engine with no compresion. Well well looky here:(. Gears on crank tore up shinded up the piston grrr

Sorry, I don't see it. It looks like a well used piston to me. What am I missing?

I agree they're wear spots but I don't think they have anything to do with the gear failure. I would pin that on just normal wear and tear.

the bore has few csrtch as is on piston . funny thing is the size of cylinder to replace on them model Yikes ...$$?

I have had Hondas with bad compression end up just being the valves.
