I have been gathering up a box of saws and parts that is now overflowing into my garage. I figure I'd post them here and see if anyone wants to buy or trade for any specific parts.

I have for sale or trade:
- West German 024 - complete but crank seized in bearings. Good cylinder and piston.
- VA built 026 Red Lever - complete except for AF cover and top cover. Lightly scored piston and cylinder.
- 031 without crankcase or carb. Has covers, recoil, handle.
- Poulan 306a engine, points, AF cover and fuel tank cover, clutch and drum, a few other odds and ends
- Jonsered 2149 mostly complete, cracked handle, missing top cover
- Jonsered 2245 mostly complete
- Husky 266, missing top and side covers, handle/tank broken
- Red Homelite Super XL, complete
- Homelite 150, complete
- Oleo-Mac 251, complete
- Early blue Super XL AO, complete
- Complete 192t with fuel delivery issue
- McCulloch 610, complete
- Various clutch covers for old Stihl models
- Husky 55 clutch cover/brake with lever
- a 5-gallon bucket overflowing with 3/8 LP, .325, and 3/8 chains of various sizes

I am in search of:
- 032 Muffler, carburetor
- 026 and 024 AF and Top covers, pistons and rings
- Stihl west coast side cover for 036, 044, 064
- Poulan 245 Gas tank cover, AF cover, and side covers with clean paint
- Homelite 7-29 or 5-30n belt housing and bottom plate
- Any parts that might complete some of the other saws that I have listed above (especially parts for my 266 husk or 2149 husk and 031 crankcase)

I can send pictures upon request, and I don't mind talking on the phone. Message me any questions.

Thanks,

Jack

How much for what’s left of the 266?
I have 044, 046, 064, 066 cases, starters and plastics. Actually need clutch covers :p

I was thinking 75 plus shipping for the 266. Feels pretty smooth now, but I unseized it by letting it soak in gas for a few days. I think it was rings and not bearings that seized.

Bump. 2149 is taken. I'd especially like to trade some stuff for an 032 Carburetor (Tillitson HU-51c) and muffler, and 026 and 024 pistons and cranks.

Also, I have to add to the list for sale:

- Closed-port Husqvarna 55 cylinder (cleaned up and ready to roll)
- Husqvarna 50 KS cylinder (also clean and ready)
- Husqvarna 141, etc clutch and drum

I found the 031 carb, but now I need the muffler cover, hardware, and AV buffers for the saw. Also still need 026 pistons and AF cover. I also decided to keep the 266, which turns out to have a really good looking top end. So that means that I need a clutch cover, starter and cover, top cover, and air filter for it.

Sounds good. Thank you!
Found a starter but with missing pulley…have some but they are the wrong size 🙄
One later, plastic handle clutch/brake, one early metal flag type. Both in great shape and have been rebuilt.
Top cover with a small chunk missing in back and only 1 of 3 capture screws.
1 later style tank, missing most of its hardware, however. The aftermarket ones are pretty darn good and not too expensive.

@Mooselegs let me know if you want that brake and cover. $10 plus shipping.

I am still in need of 266 parts: rear handle/tank, coil (pickup/magneto is good, but the coil with the lead is bad), top cover, clutch cover, starter cover and pulley, air filter, stop switch, and choke lever.

I also am willing to part out my west german 024 with a bad bottom end. Good piston and cylinder.

I would trade the 024 for the remaining 266 parts. Except for the 2149, the rest of the parts and saws are still available. Reasonable prices. I really just want to get some projects gone so I can get parts to fix the other projects up.

I have nothing for a 55 except for the clutch cover/brake and a cylinder. There are photos of the cover three posts up.

I'd do 70 plus shipping for both. The cylinder is an OEM closed port cylinder.

The Cylinder is my Primary Concern Currently, Does yours have a Decompression Port/Valve or Not and is it a 46mm Cylinder. Could you send me some Pictures Possibly

It is a 45mm and it has the decomp. I got a pm from @greystone mountain man and it looks like he wants the cover and cylinder. If you're looking for a 46mm, this isn't it.
