What’s wrong with this picture?

On the same subject, unlocked a cool tool this morning. Used this hook pic to remove both welsh plugs and the inlet screen. Before , I had been drilling holes in the plugs before popping them out. This is the bomb. Also happy to report that I didn’t stick myself with this, previously was the only other good use for it.

Diaphragm is not ripped is it really hardened up?

Got the two mixed up, the "valve membrane" shoulda been against the carb body.

Too clean of a work bench if I had to guess again. Or maybe perhaps they had the gasket on the wrong side of the diaphragm.

Winner winner! Chicken dinner! Yes!
I have been pulling my arm out of my shoulder starting this saw. Very frustrating. Once running it screams. Very impressive although I was never really happy with the H setting. That should be corrected once it’s properly assembled. I’m actually glad I found a problem. AND found a new use for a hook tool. I’m off to a good start

And you know, it’s an easy mistake to make. I’m certain it’s one I’ve made along the way.
