I swapped the full wrap from the new 064 to my old 064, the OEM 3/4 wrap from my old 064 to my 066, and the aftermarket wide clutch cover to my 034. Now I need to find an OEM wide clutch cover for my 066. My wife says I’m playing with dolls. Pretty much. Let’s call it what it is. I do this entirely for fun and nostalgia.

I got the 041 full wrap in the mail today from @Bill G. Bolted it up to the 041 Super. Also did fuel lines, carb kit, and bigger dogs. There’s a chainbrake clutch cover coming in the mail for it.

Anybody have one of the blocks that bolts to the upper frame assembly and holds the hand guard on? eBay wants too much. I have a hand guard.

Or not...v&p failed badly. Sprayed everywhere and could hear it but...
Finally pulled the oiler...don't know how I missed the corrosion :(

Have a beater 266,, put a popup in it,,, not much change,, so put the oem slug back in.
It was also a bear to start,, i was afraid of busting the starter.
165 compression stock so im happy.
Bought the saw for $20 as a parts saw not running worth a dang.
kill wire was skinned at the flywheel and intermittently grounding out.
its my beater loaner saw now,,

I haven't figured out how to get photos from my new phone to the computer, but this week so far has been an MS462 rescue saw, John Deere branded Remington, top handle Husqvarna, Mantis tiller, Dolmar 133, and currently Solo 662. I was really happy with the John Deere Remington, I believe the the owner will be pleased as well. The 133 has the governed Tillotson that acts up from time to time, but the more it runs it seems to keep getting better.

I have had success with Threebond (1184?) in some situations where Dirko was not sufficient. You may have to give it a little more time to cure fully when there are larger gaps, and really hope you don't have to clean it up and start over.

Do you use gmail? If so, as a temporary measure, start to compose a new gmail message on your phone, add the photos as attachments, then close the message so that it is saved as a draft. Then on your computer you will be able to open the same draft in gmail and download the photos.

A better way is to use the free 15gb storage in Google Photos. Most phones can be set to back-up gallery photos to a Google Photos account. That account can be accessed on a web browser on your computer.

Actually it was pretty simple, just needed to know where to swipe...

The Solo is currently taking a bath.

The Mantis needed the throttle limbered up and reconnected plus a spark plug, the Husqvarna needed a primer bulb, bar straightened and dressed, and the chains sharpened.

I also found time to get this bar painted and the letters applied to finish off an Echo/John Deere for a customer.
