2 500is today. "Won't start".
First was easy...impacted and seized clutch, needle, crank shaft. Used a gear puller to get it apart, cleaned all...back together, fired right up.
The second...scored...both sides...straight gassed.
This one will be a while :p1000000339.jpg1000000340.jpg1000000343.jpg

As long as you remember which one goes to what saw it's a good day lol
We have a pretty good system. We take a saw out of the box it was shipped in, then use that box for the parts. The small parts go into a Similac container with the customer's name on it. The saw itself is labeled with the customer's name as well. Each cylinder is numbered, and that number is also written on the tag that is on the saw.

Sounds like a good system 👍

See, the key is using Similac containers...without those, the entire system would be hosed and there would be parts everywhere. Can't use Tupperware or yogurt containers...has to be Similac containers....

Luckily, a good friend sent me a large box full of Similac containers.
