What kinda tree is this

After couple of mild freezes still got berries. Bitter though. About 1/2” to 3/4” berries and 2” dbh

Looks kinda like a crab apple tree...but I am probably wrong.

Are they hard like a rock? (this time of year they are probably soft with rot) We had one like that in our yard when I was a kid. Was some kind of decorative apple/cherry conglomeration and the neighbor kid were always throwing them at eachother.

Not too hard; easily biteable

Looks like a Callery pear/Bradford Pear.

Looks like a Hawthorn to me.

I'd guess some kind of non edible pear.

Looks to be some sort of Callery pear cultivar. The problem with it is there are tons of fruit on it from being cross pollinated with another pear cultivar making it easily spread (ie. Invasive). If it was my property I'd cut that mutha down asap. It will likely make nice smoker wood.
