Walbro WT carb 90 degree fitting

Got a Stihl 026 that I got to replace the cover on the carburetor with the idle screw on it. The cover has a 9-0 degree fitting on it. The new cover has a place for it but is not drilled through. I have measured everything but still don't know what drill bit to use. Anyone ever run into this that could help me ? Thanks again

I look for around 0.005" press which is a #23 on most of those fittings, also use red loctite to seal and keep it in place. In order to get the correct amount of press when drilling by hand I have to step up to the #23 with a #25 before it.
