I picked up a Tsumura Light & Tough 36", 3/8 x 0.063 x 119 dl bar for my incoming Husqvarna 395XP. It turns out that it is closer to a 37-38" bar which is kind of a good thing. Notice that it is 119 dl vs. typical 115 dl for OEM/Oregon 36" bar. I also did a quick comparison to my Stihl ES Light, 3003 mount, 3/8 x 0.050 x 114 dl.
Tsumura D009: 4o 1/4" long, 3 1/4" wide, 4 lb 8.6 oz
Stihl 3003: 38 1/2" long, 3 1/8 wide, 3 lb 8.6 oz
As you can see, the Tsumura is much more robust and longer, whereas the Stihl much lighter and slightly shorter. Subjectively, the Stihl has always felt kinda bendy. Hope the Tsumura is stiffer.

Here's the Stihl on top of the Tsumura with the but ends even. PXL_20221019_012655098.jpg

If you look at the Oregon bar site you'll find that they actually still make a 36" and a 37" in D009 mount .
Depending on what Tsumura was going off of all their 36" bars might be longer.
A couple old Windsor bars are longer also for Husqvarna/Homelite mounts .

I'm not a fan of the Sugi and Tsumura bar tips. They are fine for firewooders, but in a commercial setting, they just plain suck when your felling timber using a lot of bore cutting. The last Tsumura I had went through 11 tips in 3 months of commercial use. I usually get a full year out of the stihl tips under the same cutting conditions. If it wasn't such a big deal, then why did Walkers saw shop design his lightweight bar like the Tsumura but with an Oregon tip??

The old stihl wide nose bar tips were actually the best tips I've ever used, very hard to blow one out.
