During Ida, my Timecutter 32 zero turn took some water.
I an able to get it to turn over, but there is something going on with the gas delivery to the carb.
Possibly, is the carb itself.
I drained the carb bulb and the connecting hoses are clear.
Must the fuel be totally drained?
