I have a Toro Dingo TX 420 that won't start. When I turn the key to run, nothing happens (no fan or gauges turn on). When I turn the key to start, nothing happens (no fan, ignition, or gauges turn on). It will start if I turn the key to run and jump the starter leads. I tested the starter switch and just about every other switch, relay, fuse, ect I could find. I pulled apart the control panel to get at the switches below it (parking brake, hydraulic ball switch, magnetic switch, ect). At this point I'm thinking it is the wiring harness.

Any suggestions on diagnosing the harness?
Where should I be getting power on the harness?
When I checked the ignition switch I couldn't find any wires with power. Shouldn't one of them have power?

Thanks!

If no control modules I’d start with changing the switch or running a lead from the batt to the switch

Thanks for the reply. The previous owner replaced the engine. They connected the wire which feeds to the 30 amp fuse to the wrong connector on the starter. I moved the wire and now everything works as it should. Thanks for the reply!
