2 truck trailer loads of sugar maple. Going tomorrow to load 4 bucked cherry trees that we needed dry weather to get back into. Started on this mulberry today. Had to stop because of beaucoup poison ivy vines on lower trunk, going to pull them off with a rake tomorrow plus had to move everything we cut so we had room to get the trailer in, it’s a narrow access. Pics didn’t load in sequence. Not bad for 2 guys who’s ages total 147.

Not much growing is worse than poison ivy. I have no idea why that curse was ever created. Good precaution!

I love burning dry mulberry in my stove -- easy to split, easy to light, and burns hot. It will dry in four to six months after splitting. Cherry, yet another berry wood, is just as good. Nice score Dahmer!
