WTS Husqvarna t540xp.
I bought this saw earlier this year from a local guy on this forum and used it for maybe 10 minutes.
The bad: I discovered that the rear upper left corner of the fuel tank has a small crack that leaks a very small amount of gas. I took a close up pic of it to show how small it is. It would take months to leak out a tank of fuel, but it is there. The fuel line where the filter attaches split and the filter fell off. I removed the filter and haven’t ran it since.
The good: It runs fine and it’s strong. It took a minute for the auto tune to acclimate, but it spools up fast and is has some balls for a top handle. It comes with the Oregon bar and chain shown in the picture. I also have two additional palm swells for the handle and I should also have the manual for it.
I wanted the saw for climbing, but between getting fat and being afraid of heights, it’s not going to get much use from me. The guy I bought it from kept it in his bucket truck toolbox, so it has some scratches which are pretty well shown in the pics. If you have any questions, concerns, or want to know anything else, please let me know.
Im asking $350 plus shipping.
Thanks for looking.
