WANTED Stock 461 dogs and chip deflector

Looking to buy or trade for stock 461 spikes/dogs. I need a rubber chip deflector also. I have these for trade:

Sorry, this slipped my mind. This is what I was referring to. These are the ones it’s shipped with. Little rascals that allow the r/front corner of the saw to erase itself over time.

I had a bunch of trouble trying to get an outside dog to match the large Stihl inner one on my 046. The trouble is that every ad for these things say they fit 044, 046 , 440,460. And they don’t. They engine case for the 046 is longer requiring different dawgs than the 044. You have to have a reliable part number for the exact one you need. Not a big deal I’m sure but I never bothered. I lucked out and found an aftermarket one that fits.

I can’t remember for certain, but it seems like the 462 and 500 are lumped in with the common sized spikes. 046, 460, and 461 are their own breed. The inside needs to be an 1122 and the outside needs to be a specific 1128 for them to match

Just did it and ordered the outside (OEM) spike for my 046. Thanks Steve.
