The clutch covers on the 1123 series saws are not very robust and just about every saw in that series I get in here has broken pins on it. The 1130 series shares the same cover (stihl 017, 018, etc)
Chances of finding a good oem one are low. Aftermarket at less than $8 delivered is the solution unless this is something other than a working saw...
