The only way a usg couldn’t fit your application is if you don’t want a grinder. They’re the best most accurate manual grinder I’ve used. I’m just to cheap to buy one at the moment

Honestly, if this doesn’t suit you, nothing will. And, yes, I have one along with a 520 Ore and a Vevor I use for rakers only.
