Stihl, MTD clutch tool PN

Is Stihl PN 4500 5800 the correct PN for the following clutch tool? If not then what is the correct PN? I don't need the piston stop as I got several 14mm stops.

Stihl part numbers are formatted as XXXX XXX XXXX. There are no tools that start with 4500. Since you found one I will not go through the Dealer Support Manual to find one.
