Stihl MS310 problem

My vent line broke off up in the tube I used a snake camera to look up n the tunnel and it looks to be broken off, nearly flat up there no nipplen no indentation. Is it supposed to have a nipple or is the line supposed to push into a seat? The bottom has a nipple to attach the vent line, how does the top attach? Thanks

There are two screens/valves inside the rubber tube like the picture shows. Pull out the rest of the tube and buy another. I just replaced one.
