Uh you realize the current mtronic carb in the 261 tunes itself right? I wouldn’t hold your breath for a 50cc FI Stihl.

Saw an ad for Auto Tune introduction on the husky Rancher farm/homeowner saw. That is husky's version comparable to Mtronic. As for injection, head on over to your friendly neighborhood stihl diller and price an injector for a 500i. Not saying you'll ever need one, but if you do, lookout!

May have a little more precise fuel control with the efi but mtronic and autotune are very good and less complex/expensive. 50 cc fuel injection saw would probably price it out of the range people would be willing to give. As it is people constantly complain of saw prices and every time they get increased.

I stay a generation or so behind. Parts are still dealer and many guys here willing to help sort out any odd issues.
