I don't have an answer for that not having gone that way but was a thought/concern that led to the near weightless in comparison Hi-temp plastic. Going without was also an option, there's plenty enough saws out there that way to prove that. I just as soon not if I could help it in any way shape or fashion.my other question is, how quickly do the extra spacers get the weight back at the factory piston weight?
Particularly with metal ones.
