you guys know what this flaking is?
was gona throw it up in the for sale section, but not sure whats going on in there..

My guess is the plating is coming off. It could probably be replated, but that isn't cheap.

Yep. Looks like you lost some plating. If you sand it and it gets bigger, that's what it is. If it gets smaller, it's transfer.

If the plating has flaked, it's not worth dealing with. Junk it and move on. Bummer.
