Do you have a throttle linkage 1111 182 1500, not the shorter 1111 182 1501? The 1501 is about 1.5 inches too short and works on the newer 075/076s. The 1500 linkage works on the older 075/076s.

Did not realize there was 2 🧐 let me look through my tote. Do you have a total measurement or was it based off what carbs were used?

I will have to make a measurement when I get home, yeah, was surprised too to find out that there were two different ones. There was a discussion on AS about this, that is how I found out the part numbers.

No luck on any linkages, it’s a good thing to not there was 2 sizes so thank you for the info
Bummer, but yeah, I was fooled out of $8.00 once...lol. I have made a few from bending tire spokes, but this is a last resort and it is for someone else's saw. Once I get them hardened, I might give him a spare just in case he might need it in the future. I need to find a better way/tool/jig for bending wire more consistently. I have made several and no two are like each other, close, but not as consistent as I would like. Again, I appreciate your checking what you have!

Piano wire of the same diameter as the original will work well. You can get these wire bending jigs cheap on Amazon. You should be able to bend up a long throttle linkage easily with a jig and a pair of needle nose pliers.
