SOLD Stihl 046

For Sale:

Stihl 046 - $750 + ship

Just rebuilt Stihl 046. Everything was taken apart and cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. Crankcase was powder coated by Ope member @Glock37 . Any broken/worn parts were replaced.

The bottom end has new gaskets, bearings and seals. The cylinder was cleaned up, new oem piston, new rings and new wrist pin added.

Lots of new parts. Feel free to ask questions here or via PM. I’ve documented the parts used and have other detailed pictures. Cheers!

Can't imagine buying a new saw when this awesome specimen of a classic is available! And screw caps as an added bonus.

I have fleet of new M-Tronics but I end up using an old 028 salvaged from a fire and ported 046.
