Stihl 036 Super Mag 2:
Selling as a project saw that I doubt I’ll get to even tho I’d like to. Times are chit so I’ll let someone else enjoy. Had to cut the clutch off this thing as it was seized, even the torch wouldn’t do it. Was a dirt bag but I gave it a bath. Personally I’d split it & go crank bearings/seals (and all) but that’s just me. Rear handle had been cracked prior to acquisition & repaired with wiring. Any questions or things I may be forgetting I can answer later tonight when it’s in front of me.
Will need clutch, wrap handle, oil pump gasket, maybe carby build & top badge replacement (have old faded)... Hell, if you’re gonna do it, do it right, right? Lost my shop temporarily & too much going on other than saws right now so no SM2 build for me. Hopefully it’ll benefit someone else
Top end looks good, Plastics were faded (I should have RIT dyed them). I do have a gasket (and I believe seal) kit to ship out with it. Purchased from SawSalvage.co.
I know it’s not cool to not put a price on it but I’m not too familiar with SM2’s.. $200 shipped Cont US ok?

Stihl 036 parts:
Rebuild leftovers someone might benefit from. Carb most likely needs attention. Muffler decent & Re-coated with hi-temp enamel. Seals from SawSalvage.co. I’ll see what else I can dig up for 036 if anything, to include. I try to toss in some freebies
$60 For all shipped Cont US

Stihl 028WB assorted parts:
Who knows what’s left (no mufflers) after lots of 028 builds of different models. Jug looks good
