Not trying to diss you but you sure your saw dont have a leaking clutch side seal or bad bearing.last two 036 saws i got had bad bearings and seals carbs wouldnt tune.only way theyd run is high made it seem like bad clutch springs i split saw new bearings seals ultrasonic the carb and off to races
No leaks it has been pressure and vac tested. Held 10 psi for over 5 minutes and the crank was rotated. It also held 7 bars of vac when rotating the crank. All the bearings are tight and the clutch works as it should. It will idle at 2800 with no issue at all. It just acts crazy in the upper rpm's. I got another carb yesterday so I will see if that cures the problem.
