I have this 031 that has been sitting for a long time. Feels like great compression. Runs if you put mix down the carb. Have not put mix or oil in either tank to test. Just a nice project saw.

I see it has the funky clutch that disengages for the chain brake. They’re kinda strange the saw free revs when the brake is hit don’t think they made them all that many years

I had a 042 Stihl at one time with similar chain brake. Good running saw it had the saw blade emblem on starter tag.

that is a real fair price for a complete saw with as other have mentioned the declutching chain brake. Hondaitis at it's finest.....classic sound those thing have!
