I made a couple cuts with a buddy of mine a few years back.
What I've learned is, any saw in the 80cc range is worth a damn.
So, besides brand specifics .....

Yes. But your premise is wrong. You don't need a saw for every 10 cc.... you need a saw for every 5 cc!

That log is 5" smaller diameter, so the 395 is overkill/too heavy, but the 2166 is too small, go get the 288.

You need one unit of every saw brand and model ever made!
You may skip the Chinese clones though.

I ran a neighbors 181, nice sound, kinda torquey, but slow revving.
An interesting saw, but I am certain my experience got spoiled by the 8 tooth sprocket she was wearing and I was not about to pull an outboard clutch to swap out sprockets on a saw that is not mine.

The hell you say! That cover is just fine for a v-stack! Ain't no west coast guy gonna not run a v-stack on a 288! You'd better put a v-stack and a pod filter on that saw, and if you don't like the chopped cover tuck them under a @Mattyo hightop! I seem to recall you said you were originally from the PNW, but I'm sincerely doubting it after this. Next you're gonna say you like how small dogs, short bars, and half wraps look.....
If you end up needing a half wrap, lemme know. I need an excuse to get rid of the one I have hanging around before I buy a saw to put it on. Also, I may or may not have a new, oem low top I could get rid of if you need one.
