SOLD Shindaiwa 488

I would like to sell one of my 488s. It is in very good shape and runs well but I have another 488 that is ported and I just don't run this one very much anymore. One of the previous owners from this site did a base gasket delete and slight muffler mod. This saw does have the fully adjustable carb too. The only "issues" that it has are the rubber grip is torn and it has a little black overspray splatter. To me this is a very good work saw and not a shelf queen so those 2 things don't bother me, but I want to be upfront with anyone that is interested. I would like to get $200 plus shipping for the saw with bar and chain. If the buyer doesn't want the bar and chain then we can work out a lower price.

I have never personally compared them but a lot of people compare them to 026s and 346s. They are a nice nimble 50cc saw.

Very nice little shinny, if I wasn’t on a saw diet I’d jump on it. Definitely a good deal on a solid 50cc saw.

Sorry I should have specified. It's 16" .325 .050ga. 66dl.

I'll have to look around if I still have it or not but I did have a 16" 3/8 .050ga bar and chain as well if someone was interested.
