Saw porter / builder in eastern Iowa

A friend of mine is looking for a local saw expert / porter / builder in Easter Iowa. Anyone you guys know of here? I know there are Iowa get togethers and perhaps some of you guys know if there are local guys who build saws etc.

He is in the Iowa City area, about 45 miles from me. My brother has a Husqvarna 562 XP that he ported and it is nice and strong.
